Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over £100 within East Anglia. For orders under £100, we charge a flat rate of £12.50. We use a range of trusted couriers to ensure that your order arrives quickly and in excellent condition. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes 2-3 working days. If you need your order sooner, we also offer a range of expedited shipping options at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Eden Fields Fine Coffees. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, and once we receive your returned item, we will issue a full refund or exchange.
